In a move few people saw coming, Wilmette (Ill.) Loyola Academy standout Chance Carter committed to Northwestern on Sunday to become the 11th member of the Wildcats' Class of 2010. The 6-foot-4, 245-pound defensive end just received his offer from Northwestern a few days ago. He is the 14th-best prospect in Illinois and the 45th-ranked defensive end in the country.
