On the first time he knew he was good enough to play at the next level: "When I made First Team All-State as a sophomore I realized that this probably will be my path."

On moving to ASU and being on his own: "I'm extremely excited to get out and do my own thing. It will be weird for sure coming from home, but I am really excited."

Why ASU: "I thought it was the best fit. I really liked all the coaches, the program they are running and met a lot of the players and really liked them. I just thought it would be a great fit."

On his goals for next season: "I want to play as soon as I can and work as hard as I can and see where it goes from there. I am going to put all my trust in the coaches, if I play I play, if I redshirt I redshirt, but I am going to work as hard as I can."

On his signing day plans: "I will sign in the morning and send it out to them and at my school I will go to their singing day party and that will be cool just to take pictures with family to celebrate."
