Nebraska doesn’t lose many big-time prospects within its state’s borders. But Northwestern is trying to steal four-star tackle Teddy Prochazka, the No. 43 player in the nation in the class of 2021, from right under the Huskers’ noses.

While it’s very early in the recruiting process for the massive 6-foot-9, 282-pounder from Elkhorn South High School, the Wildcats have made a strong early impression. He’s already visited Evanston twice, most recently on July 27, when he was on campus for the program’s recruiting barbecue, and he says that Northwestern and Nebraska are the two schools standing out the most at this point.

We talked to Prochazka, one of the most sought after offensive linemen in the nation, about his experience at Northwestern and his thoughts about the Wildcat program in this premium recruiting story.
