Gaziano is a Wildcat

When you're hot, you're hot, and Northwestern is on fire right now in recruiting.
Three-star defensive end Joe Gaziano announced his commitment on Twitter today after giving his verbal commitment to head coach Pat Fitzgerald last night. He is one of six new Wildcats to join the Wildcats' Class of 2015 in the last three days.

The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder from Westwood (Mass.) Xaverian Brothers chose Northwestern over offers from Boston College, Rutgers and UMass. He is the No. 25 strongside defensive in the nation and the No. 1 recruit in Massacusetts, according to Rivals.
Ironically, Gaziano is one of three defensive ends to join the Class of 2015 in the last 24 hours, joining Trent Goens and Zach Allen. Gaziano was the first to commit on Monday and prompted Goens and Allen to quickly follow suit.
Last Tuesday, Northwestern didn't have a single recruit in its class. Now, after a whirlwind seven days, the Wildcats have eight.
