Gordon did his homework before becoming a Cat
As soon as 2019 Houston (Tex.) Strake Jesuit three-star superback Thomas Gordon received his offer from Northwestern three days ago, he did what you would expect a prospect with a nearly perfect GPA would do.
He thoroughly researched the Wildcats to determine if the school, both from a football and academic perspective, was a good fit for him.
Result? Gordon was so impressed with what Northwestern had to offer that he decided his best move was to go ahead and pull the trigger rather than wait and see how the recruiting process unfolded.
So, Sunday afternoon he announced on social media his verbal commitment to the Wildcats.
