Cats land Joraskie

Eric Joraskie always said that Northwestern was his dream school. Today the defensive tackle from Mt. Carmel (Pa.) made that dream a reality by committing to the Wildcats.
Joraskie verballed to coach Pat Fitzgerald at the end of his unofficial visit, shortly before leaving. He arrived on Sunday night for his visit and spent Monday night in a dorm with incoming freshman Adam DePietro.

The three-star prospect is the seventh member of the Northwestern Class of 2013, and its first defensive player.
"Northwestern lived up to all the hype," he said. "They are just great people to be around. If you are being recruited for football, it's the place to be."
