Northwestern rolled out the purple carpet for A.J. Hampton this weekend in an effort to make up for lost time just a week and a half before national signing day.
Hampton, a three-star cornerback from Tampa (Fla.) Wharton, spent three days on campus for his official visit. The 5-foot-11, 162-pounder has been committed to Toledo since July. So Northwestern, which just offered him a week ago, has quite a bit of ground to make up.
Did the Wildcats do enough to sway Hampton? What did he say about his visit and when will he make his decision? Find out in this WildcatReport premium story.
