The Wildcats have made the talented 6-foot-3 combo guard the focal point of their 2017 recruiting and are aggressively pursuing the the St. Louis Eagles AAU standout. So far, their efforts have paid off.

Goodwin's list has a heavy Midwestern flavor, as all but Alabama are located in America's heartland. His list also features two schools from the Big Ten (Illinois and Northwestern), the SEC (Alabama and Missouri) and the Big East (Butler and Creighton), as well as the Atlantic 10's Saint Louis, the closest school to his home in Belleville.

Three of the schools (Butler, Creighton and Saint Louis) are also Catholic, which is not surprising for a Catholic high school product.
