New Northwestern point guard commit Jordan Lathon added a fourth star and rose 12 spots in the latest Rivals rankings for the Class of 2018.
Lathon, a 6-foot-4 standout from Grandview (Mo.) who had been a three-star prospect, jumped from No. 128 to No. 116 in the latest Rivals150 rankings released today.
His Northwestern classmate, forward Pete Nance from Akron (Ohio) Revere, dropped from 39th to 56th but retained his fourth star and is still the highest ranked commitment of the Chris Collins era.
Northwestern now has two of its four available scholarships filled, and the three prospects they are targeting for their remaining slots also experienced a rise in their rankings.
Saddiq Bey of Washington (D.C.) Sidwell Friends, also added a fourth star and jumped from unranked to the 100th-ranked player in the nation.
Talen Horton-Tucker of Chicago (Ill.) Simeon was promoted from a three- to a four-star and rose from 115th to 102nd.
Finally, Miller Kopp of Houston (Texas) Episcopal catapulted from outside the Rivals150 to No. 127. He remains a three-star prospect.
