Offensive lineman Tristan Comer was in the great outdoors, serving as a supervisor and mentor for grade schoolers learning survival skills at the Hartley Outdoor Education Center in Saginaw, Mich., when Northwestern head coach David Braun gave him a call.
"I was at a camp near Freeland called Hartley. I'm a counselor there and the head coach called me up," the three-star prospect said. "I found [some privacy], we chatted for a little bit and I'm so excited about the opportunity."
